Problemas para navegar

hola a todos...

tengo un pc que no me quiere navegar...al abrir el explorer se queda pegado y no abre-...y con el mozilla pasa lo mismo...

le eche a correr el ccleaner y spybot..y aún así no puedo navegar.....

alguna otra opcion para solucionar esto ???

Verifica que se pueda conectar al internet.

Abre CMD (Inicio, ejecutar, digitas CMD y haz clic en Aceptar)

Cuando se abre la ventana de DOS, digitas:

ping letheonline.net

presiona enter

Si todo esta bien, vas a ver algo como o siguiente:

Pinging letheonline.net [72.29.65.136] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 72.29.65.136: bytes=32 time=55ms TTL=45
Reply from 72.29.65.136: bytes=32 time=62ms TTL=45
Reply from 72.29.65.136: bytes=32 time=55ms TTL=45
Reply from 72.29.65.136: bytes=32 time=54ms TTL=45

Ping statistics for 72.29.65.136:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 54ms, Maximum = 62ms, Average = 56ms

Si recibes un error entonces sabes que hay un problema con la conexion.
